What the first three weeks look like

  • Week 0 — a call to understand the problem, the deadline and the constraints. No charge.
  • Week 1 — a short paid discovery: your systems, your data, your team’s capacity.
  • Week 2 — an approach, a shape of team, a costed plan and the trade-offs written down.
  • Week 3 — contracts, NDAs and access. The team starts on your board.

If discovery shows the work is not worth doing, we will say so. That has to be a possible outcome for the assessment to mean anything.
